The quiet art of coming back — written one honest week at a time.

Comeback Manifesto is a private coaching studio for people standing at the edge of a new chapter. We help you rebuild rhythm, clarity, and momentum without the noise of hustle culture.

A comeback is not a sprint. It's a series of well-kept promises to yourself.

Most people don't need another productivity app. They need a quiet room, an honest question, and someone who has sat with hundreds of comeback stories. That is what this studio is for.

Eric Nguyen founded Comeback Manifesto in 2019 after a decade coaching executives, founders, and athletes through the messy middle between who they were and who they're becoming. The work is slower than self-help promises, and far more durable.

Three doorways into the same work.

Pick the cadence that matches where you are. Every program shares the same core: weekly written reflections, biweekly conversations, and quarterly resets.

"Eric doesn't sell transformation. He returns you to the quiet voice you stopped listening to. The work is uncomfortable. It is also the most honest hour of my month."
— Marisol R., Founder, Miami

A predictable rhythm for unpredictable seasons.

A 30-minute discovery call

We meet on the phone. You share the chapter you're in. We agree on whether this is the right room for the work.

An onboarding letter

You receive a written prompt — usually 8 to 12 questions — that becomes the foundation for our first session. Most people say writing it is already half the work.

The first conversation

90 minutes, in person at the Boca Raton studio or via secure video. We map the terrain and choose two practices for the first two weeks.

The steady cadence

Biweekly 60-minute sessions, weekly written reflections, and a check-in note from Eric between sessions. Quarterly we step back and recalibrate.

The things people ask before booking.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is a forward-facing partnership focused on practice, decisions, and rhythm. If you're navigating clinical concerns, we'll happily refer you to trusted therapists we work alongside in South Florida.

Do you work with clients outside Florida?

Yes. About 60% of our clients meet with Eric via secure video. Manifesto Year clients are invited to quarterly in-person retreats in Boca Raton.

What does it cost?

The Reset starts at $1,800. Momentum 90 starts at $4,500. Manifesto Year is by application only and quoted individually. Discovery calls are always complimentary.

How is my privacy protected?

Everything you share — written reflections, calls, notes — is held in strict confidence. We use end-to-end encrypted tools and never share details with anyone. Read our Privacy Policy.

What if it isn't a fit?

You'll know on the discovery call. If we aren't the right room for you, Eric will personally point you toward two or three coaches or therapists who might be.

Begin with a quiet conversation.

Tell us what chapter you're in. We'll listen, ask two or three honest questions, and tell you whether this is the right next step.
